For Producers & Mines
AurumShield gives producers a controlled pathway from registered doré to refinery intake, final assay, and authorized settlement instructions — with funding readiness visible before dispatch.
Settlement basis: Final assay, not declared input.
01 — Pre-Dispatch Gate
Every condition must be visible before physical dispatch. No surprises downstream.
Entity identity, compliance status, and institutional qualification confirmed.
SBLC, escrow, or direct funding instrument confirmed and visible to producer.
Export permits, tax compliance, and customs documentation submitted and reviewed.
Receiving refinery has acknowledged origin package and confirmed intake capacity.
Armored carrier selected, route documented, insurance/custody record attached.
OECD-aligned responsible sourcing attestation and mine-of-origin documentation filed.
02 — Physical Workflow
Record batch identity, weight, mine ID, and responsible sourcing.
File provenance, export, tax, and sourcing attestation.
Select armored logistics and initiate chain-of-custody.
Physical handoff — custody tracking begins.
Arrival, intake weight, batch identity confirmation.
Independent melt/assay establishes payable gold.
Final value calculates — settlement authorization proceeds.
03 — Settlement Basis
Declared gross doré is not the settlement value. Final outturn determines payable gold. Settlement is calculated against the independent refinery assay, not declared input.
* Illustrative only. Actual values determined by independent refinery assay.
04 — FAQ
AurumShield supports custom contractual terms, allowing for provisional payments upon delivery to the refinery, with the balance settled post-assay.
The platform provides a centralized, secure repository to organize and present export, tax, and customs documentation required for international dispatch.
Transit events are captured at key points: carrier handoff, departure, any border crossings, and refinery intake. Event-level tracking provides producers with documented visibility into the logistics chain.
Producers provide mine-of-origin documentation, responsible-sourcing attestation aligned with OECD due diligence expectations, and supporting documentation as part of output registration. This documentation is retained as part of the structured transaction record.
Declared gross doré weight is not the settlement basis. Final settlement is calculated against the independent refinery assay, which determines actual payable gold content based on verified purity and weight.
